An inventory is vital to protect your asset and the condition of your property. You will need a good quality inventory to fall back on at the end of a tenancy, should you have any dilapidations or deposit claims.
Video Inventories are recognised by deposit protection schemes.
We provide an in person check in service with your tenants. We will release the keys and provide a walk around, pointing out important information such as stop taps, meter boxes etc. This is an ideal service for non resident Landlord's or Landlords who live out of area. We will obtain meter readings on your behalf, write to suppliers and test smoke and CO2 alarms, replacing if necessary prior to occupation.
We provide regular property inspections, either quarterly or six-monthly depending on your preference, another very useful tool should you run into issues at the end of the tenancy. We would suggest inspections for all tenancies.
We provide a full checkout service at the end of tenancy, consisting of checking against the inventory, testing lights and alarms, obtaining meter readings and writing to suppliers again.
